Romeo was taken care of by someone with addiction until I took him to foster him 7 months ago. The person has realized he can’t take care of him anymore and now Romeo needs a home. Romeo is an outside cat but will stay inside at night, during the winter, and comes when his name is called! I would LOVE for him to be adopted with his brother Einstein as they have never been separated.
