Our hound we have had since he was a puppy. He is a great dog. He does love to bark considering his breed, but he makes a great security dog. He needs space to run and play and sniff out EVERYTHING. He is great with our other two dogs (we have a boarder collie/German shepherd mix that we would love to keep with him if possible). He may need time to warm up to another animal that he doesn’t know but he will get there. He loves to snuggle and lounge around, but also has high energy.
