Scooby is a 1 year old , 60 lb Doberman and American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is done growing. We adopted him June 2021 after moving from FL to MI. At the time we thought I would be a stay at home mom. But that changed. After two or three month of being a stay at home mom and Scooby being with us I went to work. From that, Scooby has developed severe separation anxiety. He is crate trained but hates that and will destroy them if alone longer than a few hours. We gave up on caging him hoping for the better but that also failed. We believe he needs a home where he will not be alone long periods. A couple who works opposite shifts perhaps. He is a great boy when people are home. He loves to play ball to the point you have to force him to stop and rest. He loves running around in the backyard. He is cat friendly and kid friendly. We believe dog friendly as well with proper introduction. He has had a few sleep overs at Camp Bow Wow with no issues. He will snuggle with you on the couch or in bed. He is potty trained. Knows sit and shake/paw. Up to date on all vaccines. He would do best in a home with a fenced in yard. He enjoys going on car rides and road trips. He would come with shampoo, leashes, collars, bed, any toys, food bowls and food plus food storage.
